Architectural Joinery for Aylesbury properties
Most Architectural Joinery enquiries we take in Aylesbury start with an opening that is not a standard size. You will find mostly Chiltern brick-and-flint cottages alongside large modern estates in this area, and it moves as it ages. Because of chalk-valley damp with cold air pooling overnight, we see persistent condensation staining and cill rot on older single-glazed units more often here than in most of the country. Everything we do here comes back to one-off items worked from a drawing set rather than a catalogue.
We would rather spend an hour surveying than a week correcting. Photographs and approximate sizes are all we need to start.
One local point to factor in: AONB designation across much of the county tightens external alteration consent.
