Quotations

Written quotations are valid for 30 days and are based on the measured survey. Where a quotation is issued before survey it is an estimate and will be confirmed or revised in writing once the survey is complete.

Orders and deposits

No deposit is taken before the measured survey. Once you approve the final schedule, a deposit is payable and the balance falls due on completion of delivery or installation.

Lead times

Lead times stated at quotation are working estimates confirmed at order. We will notify you promptly of any change and will not charge for a delay caused by us.

Guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship for ten years from completion, covering manufacture and the factory-applied finish, and installation where we install. The guarantee excludes damage from impact, unauthorised alteration, or failure to maintain the finish in line with the maintenance guidance supplied.

Cancellation

Consumers contracting away from our premises have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Because our goods are made to your specification, that right is lost once manufacture begins with your express agreement. We will always make this clear before you sign.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
