Architectural Joinery for Stony Stratford properties
Architectural Joinery is one of those jobs in Stony Stratford where the survey decides everything. The housing here is largely Chiltern brick-and-flint cottages alongside large modern estates, and that shapes what will actually fit. The weather does the rest: chalk-valley damp with cold air pooling overnight here, and persistent condensation staining and cill rot on older single-glazed units as the predictable result. Our focus on this is one-off items worked from a drawing set rather than a catalogue.
The survey happens before manufacture, which is why our units fit without packing or trimming. Get in touch and we will be straight with you about cost and timescale.
One thing that catches people out here: AONB designation across much of the county tightens external alteration consent.
