Architectural Joinery for Aberdare properties
If Architectural Joinery in Aberdare were straightforward, there would be a stock size for it. Around here it is valleys terraces, Victorian maritime villas and civic Portland stone frontages, and that alone rules out anything bought by the pallet. The exposure here is very high rainfall with strong Atlantic and Bristol Channel exposure, which is exactly the condition that causes prolonged wetting decay and finish failure on valley-facing elevations. What you are paying for is one-off items worked from a drawing set rather than a catalogue.
The measuring is done by the people responsible for the fit, which concentrates the mind. We will price it properly in writing, and we will tell you if it is not worth doing.
A detail specific to this area: valleys terraces share a repeating bay and sash format that suits batch manufacture.
