Architectural Joinery for Cwmbran properties
The Architectural Joinery we make for Cwmbran is set out from a survey, not a size chart. Property here runs to valleys terraces, Victorian maritime villas and civic Portland stone frontages, and each of those brings its own set of dimensions. Locally you are contending with very high rainfall with strong Atlantic and Bristol Channel exposure, so prolonged wetting decay and finish failure on valley-facing elevations is the fault we are called out to. The part that matters is one-off items worked from a drawing set rather than a catalogue.
Every job is measured on site first, because drawn sizes and built sizes are seldom the same. Give us the basics and you will have a written figure, not a range that moves later.
One thing that catches people out here: valleys terraces share a repeating bay and sash format that suits batch manufacture.
