Architectural Joinery for Lyme Regis properties
Architectural Joinery around Lyme Regis is a different job from one street to the next. Because the area is mainly Purbeck stone cottages, Victorian resort villas and thatched inland villages, no two openings measure quite the same. With exposed Channel coast with intense salt and UV load in the mix, rapid finish failure and fixings corrosion within a few seasons on seafront stock is a question of when rather than whether. The part that matters is one-off items worked from a drawing set rather than a catalogue.
Nothing goes into manufacture until a surveyor has checked each opening on site. Tell us the problem rather than the solution and we will advise on both.
One thing that catches people out here: Jurassic Coast properties need stainless fixings as standard, not an upgrade.
