Architectural Joinery for Scunthorpe properties
Half the Architectural Joinery problems we fix in Scunthorpe started as a sizing assumption. Most of what we survey locally is Georgian Stamford limestone, fenland farmhouses and coastal resort bungalows, which is not built to any modern module. What accelerates it is low rainfall with severe exposed easterly wind off the North Sea, and wind-driven rain ingress and sand abrasion on coastal finishes follows sooner than owners expect. The part that matters is one-off items worked from a drawing set rather than a catalogue.
Nothing goes into manufacture until a surveyor has checked each opening on site. Ask us for a figure and you will get one, with the lead time stated alongside it.
Something particular to this area: Stamford is one of England's most tightly controlled conservation towns.
