Architectural Joinery for Fakenham properties
Architectural Joinery across Fakenham tends to be driven by the condition of what is already there. Property here runs to flint and pantile cottages, Georgian merchant houses and coastal resort stock, and each of those brings its own set of dimensions. The exposure here is exposed North Sea easterlies with salt-laden wind, which is exactly the condition that causes salt damage and finish erosion on east-facing coastal elevations. The part that matters is one-off items worked from a drawing set rather than a catalogue.
Every job is measured on site first, because drawn sizes and built sizes are seldom the same. A quick call or a photograph of the opening is usually enough to get you a price.
Bear in mind for this area: flint walls give minimal reveal, so weathering detail carries the whole load.
