Architectural Joinery for North Walsham properties
The Architectural Joinery we make for North Walsham is set out from a survey, not a size chart. You are mostly dealing with flint and pantile cottages, Georgian merchant houses and coastal resort stock around here, so openings vary more than people expect. The other factor is exposed North Sea easterlies with salt-laden wind, which is why salt damage and finish erosion on east-facing coastal elevations is the most common reason people call us. Where we put the effort is one-off items worked from a drawing set rather than a catalogue.
The measuring is done by the people responsible for the fit, which concentrates the mind. We will price it properly in writing, and we will tell you if it is not worth doing.
Worth knowing locally: flint walls give minimal reveal, so weathering detail carries the whole load.
