Architectural Joinery for Wrexham properties
If Architectural Joinery in Wrexham were straightforward, there would be a stock size for it. You will find mostly slate-quarry terraces, Victorian resort stock and stone farmhouses in this area, and it moves as it ages. severe Irish Sea exposure with very high rainfall sets the pace of decay, and salt and rain combining to strip finishes and open glazing joints is how it shows up first. What we concentrate on is one-off items worked from a drawing set rather than a catalogue.
Each opening is recorded individually, since a terrace of identical houses rarely is. A quick call or a photograph of the opening is usually enough to get you a price.
Bear in mind for this area: Llandudno's Victorian frontages are protected as a coherent conservation set.
