Architectural Joinery for Tickhill properties
Architectural Joinery is one of those jobs in Tickhill where the survey decides everything. The housing here is largely steel-era terraces, interwar council stock and stone village housing, and that shapes what will actually fit. Then there is cold inland winters with prolonged damp, which reliably produces condensation-driven decay on single-glazed units in unheated rooms given enough seasons. In practice that means one-off items worked from a drawing set rather than a catalogue.
We would rather spend an hour surveying than a week correcting. One call is usually enough for us to tell you roughly where the price will land.
Local factor worth flagging early: large volumes of pre-1919 stock make sash repair the dominant enquiry.
