Architectural Joinery for Lichfield properties
Architectural Joinery is one of those jobs in Lichfield where the survey decides everything. Property here runs to pottery-era terraces, estate cottages and moorland stone housing, and each of those brings its own set of dimensions. Locally you are contending with cold upland exposure in the Moorlands and damp valley air in the Potteries, so sill and cill decay where render meets timber on unventilated details is the fault we are called out to. Everything we do here comes back to one-off items worked from a drawing set rather than a catalogue.
We would rather spend an hour surveying than a week correcting. Photographs and approximate sizes are all we need to start.
Bear in mind for this area: moorland properties need heavier sections than lowland equivalents.
