Architectural Joinery for Tynemouth properties
Architectural Joinery across Tynemouth tends to be driven by the condition of what is already there. The building stock is Tyneside flats, Georgian Grainger Town frontages and coastal terraces, so we expect variation before we ever pick up a tape. cold North Sea exposure with high sustained wind sets the pace of decay, and wind-driven rain penetration and rapid coating loss on seaward elevations is how it shows up first. The part that matters is one-off items worked from a drawing set rather than a catalogue.
We check on site before committing anything to the saw, and we query what does not add up. Send us sizes and a photograph and we will come back with a fixed written price.
One local point to factor in: Tyneside flat stock has a distinctive paired-door detail worth replicating exactly.
