Architectural Joinery for Kenilworth properties
We take a fair volume of Architectural Joinery work across Kenilworth, and almost none of it repeats. The housing here is largely half-timbered Tudor frontages, Regency spa terraces and canal-side workshops, and that shapes what will actually fit. With inland continental swings between hard frost and summer heat in the mix, seasonal movement opening mortice-and-tenon joints on historic frames is a question of when rather than whether. Where we put the effort is one-off items worked from a drawing set rather than a catalogue.
We would rather spend an hour surveying than a week correcting. We will price it properly in writing, and we will tell you if it is not worth doing.
Worth knowing locally: genuine timber-framed buildings need scribed repair rather than unit replacement.
