Architectural Joinery for Burgess Hill properties
Getting Architectural Joinery right in Burgess Hill depends on detail that a price list cannot capture. Local property is overwhelmingly Sussex flint cottages, Regency seafront terraces and postwar new town housing, which is why we never quote from a catalogue. The other factor is strong coastal exposure with salt spray inland of the shoreline, which is why finish erosion on seaward elevations within a few years of coating is the most common reason people call us. The value is in one-off items worked from a drawing set rather than a catalogue, not in the timber bill.
We would rather spend an hour surveying than a week correcting. Rough dimensions and a couple of photographs are enough for us to price it properly.
Local factor worth flagging early: seafront properties need a shorter recoating cycle than inland equivalents.
