Commercial Door Sets for Coxhoe properties
The hard part of Commercial Door Sets in Coxhoe is not the making, it is the measuring. Property here runs to colliery terraces, Georgian Durham city stock and Pennine stone housing, and each of those brings its own set of dimensions. Because of cold upland winters with heavy rainfall, we see frost and saturation damage on unmaintained painted softwood more often here than in most of the country. Everything we do here comes back to certified door sets supplied complete with frame and ironmongery prep.
The site visit comes first, because assumptions made in an office get paid for on site. Rough dimensions and a couple of photographs are enough for us to price it properly.
Something particular to this area: Durham's cathedral setting carries World Heritage-level design scrutiny.
