Commercial Door Sets for Merton properties
Commercial Door Sets in Merton is rarely a catalogue job. Local property is overwhelmingly Victorian and Edwardian terraces, mansion blocks and post-war infill, which is why we never quote from a catalogue. The exposure here is high pollution load and sheltered urban humidity, which is exactly the condition that causes paint failure on south-facing sashes and rot at the bottom rail. The value is in certified door sets supplied complete with frame and ironmongery prep, not in the timber bill.
Manufacture only starts once the survey figures are agreed with you in writing. Ask us for a figure and you will get one, with the lead time stated alongside it.
A detail specific to this area: large numbers of properties sit in conservation areas with like-for-like replacement conditions.
