Commercial Door Sets for Caernarfon properties
Commercial Door Sets is one of those jobs in Caernarfon where the survey decides everything. Because the area is mainly slate-quarry terraces, Victorian resort stock and stone farmhouses, no two openings measure quite the same. The other factor is severe Irish Sea exposure with very high rainfall, which is why salt and rain combining to strip finishes and open glazing joints is the most common reason people call us. Where we put the effort is certified door sets supplied complete with frame and ironmongery prep.
We survey before anything is cut, so the schedule reflects the opening as built rather than as drawn. Tell us what you are working with and we will put a fixed figure in writing.
One local point to factor in: Llandudno's Victorian frontages are protected as a coherent conservation set.
