Contract Joinery Packages for Pontypridd properties
There is no standard version of Contract Joinery Packages in Pontypridd, which is rather the point. The building stock is valleys terraces, Victorian maritime villas and civic Portland stone frontages, so we expect variation before we ever pick up a tape. Locally you are contending with very high rainfall with strong Atlantic and Bristol Channel exposure, so prolonged wetting decay and finish failure on valley-facing elevations is the fault we are called out to. What you are paying for is packages priced against a bill and delivered to the date on the programme.
Nothing goes into manufacture until a surveyor has checked each opening on site. Photographs and approximate sizes are all we need to start.
One local point to factor in: valleys terraces share a repeating bay and sash format that suits batch manufacture.
