Contract Joinery Packages for Tonypandy properties
The Contract Joinery Packages we make for Tonypandy is set out from a survey, not a size chart. With valleys terraces, Victorian maritime villas and civic Portland stone frontages making up much of the area, off-the-shelf sizes rarely line up. Set against very high rainfall with strong Atlantic and Bristol Channel exposure, most joinery here eventually shows prolonged wetting decay and finish failure on valley-facing elevations. The value is in packages priced against a bill and delivered to the date on the programme, not in the timber bill.
The measuring is done by the people responsible for the fit, which concentrates the mind. One call is usually enough for us to tell you roughly where the price will land.
Bear in mind for this area: valleys terraces share a repeating bay and sash format that suits batch manufacture.
