Contract Joinery Packages for Ealing properties
We take a fair volume of Contract Joinery Packages work across Ealing, and almost none of it repeats. Local property is overwhelmingly Victorian and Edwardian terraces, mansion blocks and post-war infill, which is why we never quote from a catalogue. Locally you are contending with high pollution load and sheltered urban humidity, so paint failure on south-facing sashes and rot at the bottom rail is the fault we are called out to. Everything we do here comes back to packages priced against a bill and delivered to the date on the programme.
Every job is measured on site first, because drawn sizes and built sizes are seldom the same. One call is usually enough for us to tell you roughly where the price will land.
Bear in mind for this area: large numbers of properties sit in conservation areas with like-for-like replacement conditions.
