Contract Joinery Packages for Chard properties
There is no standard version of Contract Joinery Packages in Chard, which is rather the point. The housing here is largely Bath stone Georgian terraces, Levels farmhouses and Victorian seaside stock, and that shapes what will actually fit. very high rainfall with standing water across the Levels sets the pace of decay, and prolonged saturation causing frame distortion and sash binding is how it shows up first. Everything we do here comes back to packages priced against a bill and delivered to the date on the programme.
We survey before anything is cut, so the schedule reflects the opening as built rather than as drawn. Tell us what you are working with and we will put a fixed figure in writing.
A local consideration we always raise: Bath's World Heritage status makes joinery detail subject to close scrutiny.
