Contract Joinery Packages for Rotherham properties
Most Contract Joinery Packages enquiries we take in Rotherham start with an opening that is not a standard size. Local property is overwhelmingly steel-era terraces, interwar council stock and stone village housing, which is why we never quote from a catalogue. What accelerates it is cold inland winters with prolonged damp, and condensation-driven decay on single-glazed units in unheated rooms follows sooner than owners expect. The detail we will not compromise on is packages priced against a bill and delivered to the date on the programme.
Each opening is recorded individually, since a terrace of identical houses rarely is. Rough dimensions and a couple of photographs are enough for us to price it properly.
Worth knowing locally: large volumes of pre-1919 stock make sash repair the dominant enquiry.
