Contract Joinery Packages for Stowmarket properties
We take a fair volume of Contract Joinery Packages work across Stowmarket, and almost none of it repeats. Local property is overwhelmingly colour-washed timber-framed cottages, wool-town merchant houses and coastal stock, which is why we never quote from a catalogue. dry easterly climate with strong coastal salt exposure is the local complication, and lime-render and timber junction failure where movement opens the seal is what it eventually causes. The value is in packages priced against a bill and delivered to the date on the programme, not in the timber bill.
We would rather spend an hour surveying than a week correcting. Rough dimensions and a couple of photographs are enough for us to price it properly.
A detail specific to this area: Lavenham-style timber framing needs specialist scribed repair, not replacement.
