Shopfitting Joinery for Willerby properties
Most Shopfitting Joinery enquiries we take in Willerby start with an opening that is not a standard size. You will find mostly Georgian Beverley stock, Hull dockland terraces and Wolds estate cottages in this area, and it moves as it ages. With exposed North Sea wind with low rainfall but high wind-chill in the mix, wind-driven rain penetration and premature seal failure on exposed elevations is a question of when rather than whether. Our focus on this is retail and hospitality fit-out worked to a tight overnight programme.
A surveyor visits first and records the real dimensions, at several points on each opening. Ask us for a figure and you will get one, with the lead time stated alongside it.
One local point to factor in: Humber estuary properties see unusually high sustained wind loading.
