Shopfitting Joinery for Maidstone properties
Ask three firms about Shopfitting Joinery in Maidstone and you will get three different answers. Local property is overwhelmingly weatherboarded Kentish cottages, oast conversions and coastal terraces, which is why we never quote from a catalogue. Then there is salt-laden easterly wind along the coast, which reliably produces coating breakdown on exposed elevations and corrosion of ironmongery given enough seasons. What you are paying for is retail and hospitality fit-out worked to a tight overnight programme.
We survey before anything is cut, so the schedule reflects the opening as built rather than as drawn. Rough dimensions and a couple of photographs are enough for us to price it properly.
A local consideration we always raise: coastal exposure makes finish specification more important than timber species.
